Activation Guide

After completing the registration process, you can access your administration panel using the email sent to you. Once logged in, click on the "Agent Management" tab in the upper right corner.

On the Agent Management page, click the "Add New Agent" button. In the window that opens, you will see a unique activation key specific to your server. Copy this key.

Activation Key

Connect to your server via SSH and run the following command. Replace YOUR_ACTIVATION_KEY with the activation key you copied:

sudo neuralshield-agent activate YOUR_ACTIVATION_KEY
Terminal Command

Return to your administration panel and check that your newly added server is in "Active" status. Select your server and click the "Start Full Scan" button to begin your first security scan.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Neural Shield agent is currently compatible with Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, and other popular Linux distributions. Windows Server and macOS versions will be available soon. Please check our documentation for the complete compatibility list.

The minimum system requirements to run the Neural Shield agent are: 1 GB RAM, 2 GB disk space, and a single-core CPU. However, for optimal performance, 2 GB RAM, 5 GB disk space, and a dual-core CPU are recommended.

Neural Shield is designed to use minimal system resources. During normal operation, CPU usage is between 2-5%, and RAM usage is between 100-200 MB. Even during full scans, resource usage is optimized to not affect system performance.

Yes, you can install on multiple servers depending on your chosen plan. The Basic plan supports up to 5 servers, the Professional plan up to 20 servers, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited server support. We also provide automatic installation scripts for large-scale deployments.
